Introduction

Daruleeman Kyungpook and Islamic Center (DKIC) is at about two minutes walking distance from the west gate of KNU. Regular prayer and other activities at DKIC started on 1 January 2015.

In Daegu South Korea, A few years ago, the Muslim students here did not have a place to pray regularly or to carry out their religious activities, sometimes they had to pray in the grounds even in winter or hot summer, sometimes in university hall where at any time they would ask them to leave the hall if there were other activities to be conducted, In short, with the help of Allah, the seniors here bought an old house as a mosque, where prayers etc. are offered nowadays.

As the number of Muslims from different parts of the world coming in every semester is increasing, there was not enough space for prayers in the same old house, so now we are constructing a new mosque Insha'Allah.

For this purpose, our students here are struggling hard to raise funds from their acquaintances in Korea and abroad, students are also contributing their salaries.

Such a place in a non-Islamic country is no less than a blessing for a Muslim and it is realized after coming to such countries,

You can also contribute to it and earn charity, especially if you want to send a gift to your loved ones who are no more with us. This is the best way to spend as long as Muslims will worship here.
